Vegetable Grillis Burger
The tasty veggie burger version from the grill with crunchy vegetables, spicy sauce and crispy vegetable grillis as a patty. Quick to prepare and damn tasty!


Ingredients
For 4 people:
- 1-2 packs of Pahmeyer vegetable grillis (280 g each)
- 4 burger buns
- 200 g green zucchini
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 small yellow bell pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- some salt and pepper
- 30 g lettuce
- 1 small red onion
For the burger sauce:
- 150 g cream cheese
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 30 g tomato puree
- 10 g mustard
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 10 g agave syrup
- some pepper and salt
Preparation
- For the burger sauce, mix all the ingredients together well and season to taste.
- Wash the vegetables.
- Slice the zucchinis diagonally.
- Peel the peppers with a peeler, cut into eighths and remove the seeds.
- Mix the zucchinis and peppers with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Grill the grillis and vegetables on both sides on a hot grill.
- Wash the lettuce, peel the onion and cut into rings.
- Grill the burger buns on the inside, top with lettuce, grillis, vegetables and burger sauce.
