Rösti with grilled peaches and vanilla quark cream
Fruity and delicious: perfect as a dessert, brunch highlight or summery feel-good dish. Simply irresistible!


Ingredients
For 2-3 people:
- 1 pack of Pahmeyer Rösti (300 g each)
- 500 g quark
- 200 ml milk
- 1 packet of dessert sauce powder without cooking
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 4 fresh peaches (not too hard)
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 30 g sliced almonds
- a couple of mint leaves
Preparation
- Mix the quark, milk, dessert sauce powder and vanilla sugar until smooth.
- Wash, dry, halve and pit the peaches and cut into thick slices.
- Grill the peach slices on both sides in a hot grill pan.
- Mix with honey on a plate.
- Toast the flaked almonds in a non-stick frying pan until golden brown.
- Heat the Rösti according to the packet instructions.
- Arrange on plates, serve with the peach slices and the vanilla quark cream and sprinkle with flaked almonds and mint.
