Potatoes with Rosemary with roasted honey cherry tomatoes and feta cheese
Rarely is a healthy meal as quick and easy to prepare as this one. With a little attention to detail, the Pahmeyer potatoes with rosemary with honey tomatoes and feta cheese can be transformed into a fresh and quick dish!


Ingredients
For 1 person:
1 pack of Pahmeyer potatoes with rosemary (330 g each)
1 tbsp olive oil
200 g cherry tomatoes
1 tsp honey
a little sea salt and ground pepper
150 g feta cheese
some fresh thyme
Preparation
- Prepare the potatoes with rosemary according to the packet instructions.
- Wash and dry the tomatoes on the vine
- Sauté in a pan with olive oil, add honey and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the feta cheese into pieces and briefly add to the pan with the thyme.
- Arrange the potatoes with rosemary on plates and serve with the tomatoes and sheep's cheese.
