Crispy Potato Pancakes with smoked salmon and sour cream
A classic tasty starter with a twist: crispy fried potato pancakes served with smoked salmon and sour cream. Garnished with lemon zest and dill tips - simply a delight!


Ingredients
For 3 people:
- 1 pack of Pahmeyer potato pancakes (300 g each)
- 100 g smoked salmon
- some dill
- some zest of an organic lemon
For the sour cream:
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 g crème fraiche
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- a little salt, pepper
Preparation
- Fry the potato pancakes in a non-stick frying pan until crispy on both sides according to the packet instructions.
- For the sour cream, mix the ingredients together and season to taste.
- Serve as a starter: Divide the potato pancakes between three plates and serve with salmon and sour cream and sprinkle with dill and lemon zest.
