Airfryer-Wedges spicy Bowl
Crispy Wedges, fresh toppings and a delicious tomato sauce - this bowl combines everything that makes a snack lover's heart beat faster!


Ingredients
For 2 people:
- 1 pack of Pahmeyer Airfryer-Wedges spicy (á 350 g)
- 1 medium-sized zucchini
- 2 vine tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 spring onion stalks
For the tomato sauce:
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp tomato purée
- 250 ml strained tomatoes
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1-2 tsp agave syrup
- a little salt and pepper
Preparation
- Prepare the Wedges according to the packet instructions.
- Cut the zucchinis lengthways into thin slices, mix in a bowl with the oil, salt and pepper.
- Grill the individual slices briefly on both sides in a hot grill pan.
- Wash and quarter the tomatoes, remove the soft inside and cut into strips.
- Peel the onion, halve and cut into very thin slices.
- Crumble the feta cheese into smaller pieces.
- Wash and clean the spring onion and cut diagonally into rings.
- For the tomato sauce: fry the onions and garlic briefly in a hot pan with oil, add the tomato purée and fry a little. Simmer with the tomato purée and red wine vinegar for approx. 5 minutes and season with agave syrup, salt and pepper.
- Divide the finished Wedges between 2 bowls.
- Twist in the zucchinis and arrange on the Wedges with the tomatoes and feta in strips.
- Sprinkle with onion and spring onion and serve with the tomato sauce.
