For the Kartoffelmanufaktur Pahmeyer we are looking for a motivated team player as:
Workshop Manager / Technical Manager (m/f/d) full-time

Your tasks

  • Carrying out, improving and speeding up all repairs to machines and systems
  • Carrying out and optimizing the maintenance of all machines and systems, as well as their documentation
  • Responsible for the personnel management of workshop employees
    • Shift planning (shift schedule, vacation, emergency service, weekend work, etc.)
    • Training, further training and instruction
  • Responsible for reducing machine breakdowns/technical faults and increasing system availability
  • Support with project implementation
  • Planning and installation of new machines and systems in production
  • Support and supervision of external companies, as well as coordination and planning of the use of external companies
  • Responsible for the secure supply and storage of spare parts
  • Implementation of a new IT system for maintenance planning and spare parts storage

Your profile

  • Initial management experience is an advantage
  • You have several years of experience in the technical field of food production
  • You have completed training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, electronics technician, machine fitter or comparable training
  • You are technically adept and are willing to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility
